disappearing test reports from HiveQA

The new faster tests have resulted in a peculiar problem, namely that old
test reports are deleted really fast; some are seemingly gone after 10-12
hours. Is it possible to keep more test reports (i.e.
https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HIVE-Build/2078/testReport)
around?
I understand the logs take a lot of space, but the reports probably don’t
take that much. And anyway they should at least be around for a day :)

Hey Sergey, I just increased the number to 40.

I will restart the server once all tests finish.
