Also, when you check the box "Registered?" for a target, you need to close and reopen the info window to be able to check the box "Auto Approve" or to click the button "Approve Changes" (no Store/Retrieve seems to be necessarily, in between).

Also, no alert or something is given when a change should be approved in case auto approve is off.
