Bus error

Hi all,

i commented out the tests of LoggerConfiguratorIni, Xml and Php.
On my box there is a bus error happening. Its because the &, for example in
LoggerConfiguratorIni on line 431.

I need to check if its php version dependend. But it looks like not,
since phpUnderControl broke too.
Any ideas, shout.
