Do not agree, we must validate {{address}}. You must ensure that it has valid form. 
{{myAddr}} - valid
{{myAddr:1234}} - valid
{{myAddr:1234..1238}} - valid

{{myAddr:70000}} - invalid
{{myAddr:1234..}} - invalid
{{myAddr:1238..1234}} - invalid
{{myAddr:1238..1234:}} - invalid
