Good bye microsling?

Hi,

can we now remove the microsling directory from svn?

BTW, as we are at it: I just moved the launchpad/launchpad-servlets
module to sling/ujax and have adapted the reactor and the
launchpad-webapp poms. Carsten may I ask you to update the vmbuild
continuum setting accordingly ? Thanks.
