HWPF header/footers

In the SectionProperties and SEPAbstractType file, there is a field_10_grpfIhdt.  This supposedly give the header and footer informaiton (odd, even, first page) in the MSWord 6.0 File format.  However, according to the work done by a person in the c++ heaer file--  http://www.koffice.org/developer/apidocs/filters/html/mswordgenerated_8h-source.html
the gepfIhdt field is no longer used.  Also in Word 11, it always returns a value of zero, no matter what the header/footer setup.  Has there been any new SPRM or fields for reading the header/footer information for the newer doc formatting?
