To be able to extend sales quote copy function, we modify current "CopyQuote" service to return the id of new created quote. It's a very very trivial update. I wonder whether it's worth of a commit.

I made the quoteId field INOUT so it can be used to return the new quote Id. It is in trunk r1152729
