Apache reports port 80 in footers even though it's not port 80

Summary: Apache reports port 80 in footers even though it's not
                    port 80
           Product: Apache httpd-1.3
           Version: 1.3.27
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: donovan@lucidity.ca

When going to my Apache to a directory without an index file, Apache lists the
files, and then adds:

Apache/1.3.27 Server at lucidity.homeip.net Port 80

Apache is running off port 64738, however.
