AFAICT, all the authorization is setup.

Make sure that you read the information sent to you when the accounts
were created on how to establish the credentials for subversion.

Apache Etch should now be available from;

svn co https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/etch

All initial committers, plus Incubator PMC members have access to the
code. It is very, very unlikely that any PMC Member will ever abuse
this, but keep an open just in case. I have made a test commit, to
ensure that the notification email works... but so far not received
the mail. Will investigate that shortly if it doesn't show up.
