[jira] [Comment Edited] (INFRA-8976) CouchDB Site is gone
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-8976?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14263744#comment-14263744 ]
Geoffrey Corey edited comment on INFRA-8976 at 1/4/15 3:45 AM:
---------------------------------------------------------------
1. The bug was introduced in a refactor of the way the TLP servers are deployed using puppet. It wasn't until the DNS changes went live (02:00 UTC) that the issue would have been noticed.
2. There is not a formal post-mortem planned, but we will be discussing it (as well working on a test environment to eliminate issues like these).
