Seems there may be a bug in Clutch [1], as on the reporting schedule [2]
libcloud needed to report in Dec/Jan/Feb then quarterly from May. I'll
push to see what's wrong.

Perhaps the fact that they were still listed on the Monthly schedule at all has triggered this.
Anyway, I have removed that line from the schedule and removed the Libcloud entry from March.
