Network overlay icons

Hi,
 
I was wondering if there is a way to enable network overlay icons for all machine users instead of each user needing to modify there settings?

Subversion does not provide any overlays.  You would be better to take this up with whoever supports whichever client you are using...  As you do not provide any information as to your platform or client or version, I'm afraid that is all I can suggest for now.
