Following on from yesterday's email, where I said:

Those changes are now live, so the instructions on the site should work, ie:

mvn archetype:generate  \
     -D archetypeCatalog=http://incubator.apache.org/isis
     -D archetypeGroupId=org.apache.isis.support \
     -D archetypeArtifactId=quickstart-archetype
