The Secretary workbench already extracts some details of TLP resolutions.

It could also extract the charter text for use by projects.a.o and elsewhere.

Charter text is currently stored in 

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/comdev/projects.apache.org/data/committees/*.rdf

which are linked from

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/comdev/projects.apache.org/data/committees.xml

However it might be easier to maintain the data as JSON/Yaml.

Some charter text is also suitable for use as the title text for the project listing on the front page:

http://www.apache.org/index.html

However many of the charters are not really suitable for use as a title, so there would need to be provision for another field to hold a title.
