Resolution: Invalid
Well, this issue could be due to the selected Terminal font and fontconfig properties of the JDK.
I've tested with stock Ubuntu 18.04 with Oracle Java 10.0.1 removed fontconfig.Ubuntu* file and could not reproduce it.
It is surely not critical as it has workarounds.
