> Within colocation track we should reasonably move table-not-specific requests and commands processing from PartitionReplicaListener and PartitionListener to ZonePartitionReplicaListener and ZonePartitionRaftListener. VacuumTxStateReplicaRequest is one of such requests to be moved.
