When table was moved with the arrow key, the action's name is 'Move Table'
(menu 'Edit - Undo' and the Undo icon on the Standard bar).

However that's not the case when table was moved with the mouse.

Replication Steps:

1. Create new Draw / Impress document.
2. Insert a standard table 5x2 (menu 'Insert - Table).
Notice the table's dimensions displayed on the Status bar.
3. Move the mouse cursor to the border of table.
4. Drag the table, stop dragging for a moment
(still holding down the left mouse button).
Notice the change of dimensions on the Status bar.
5. Stop the dragging.
Notice that the table's dimensions on the Status bar
    reverted to the original values.
The action's name is: "Geometrically change Table".

If "Guides when moving" is ON
(menu 'Tools - Options - OpenOffice [Draw / Impress] - View'),
the Status bar (point 4. above) shows the "true" size.
