[I] [Feature][Sort] Support DM source [inlong]

Yizhou-Yang opened a new issue, #9305:
URL: https://github.com/apache/inlong/issues/9305

   ### Description

达梦DM is a chinese relational db that is widely used by the Chinese government and related entities.
DM sink should be supported with JDBC connector, but the effectiveness of DM source is still being evaluated.

Maybe this issue will involve implementing a DM source which involves chunk splitting, enumerating, snapshotting, etc..
Or maybe minor edits are needed based on JDBC connector, in this case some unit tests will be provided to prove usability.
Or maybe no additional work is required, in this case this issue will be closed without a pr.

   ### Use case

   _No response_

   ### Are you willing to submit PR?

   - [X] Yes, I am willing to submit a PR!

   ### Code of Conduct

   - [X] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct)
