Sure. Even when I asked the question I tried to be but I don’t know where it
went wrong. Instead of messing when the mail is not understood, asking for
more clarification on the point what you did not understand would be the
best way of dealing with this kind of situations.

Ok, so my apologies. No need to call us names, we probably don't even 
know why we switched to such a tone, but eh, sometime we just don't have 
time to be smart !

question, so that we don't enter in such a loop.
