I don't catch in general. Should user provide *workDirectory* in URI format? In this case change the type of parameter of the method {{LocalIgfsSecondaryFileSystem.setWorkDirectory}} to *URI* looks beauty. But URI cannot be relative.
May be working directory parameter should pass URIs, absolute paths and relative paths?
