[ANNOUNCEMENT] Mnemonic 0.15.0 released and 0.16.0 planned items

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce the release of Mnemonic 0.15.0.
Thanks for all your contributions to this release.

The planned items for 0.16.0 are also discussed in our bi-weely sync-up
meeting, and summarized as follows:

   1. Review and fix all test cases, along with the JDK 14 upgrade,
   2. Review and fix Gradle build support after the JDK 14 upgrade,
   3. Benchmark, Hadoop, and Spark drop-in support after JDK 14 upgrade,
   4. New feature candidate (redis integration, and secure durable data)
   design,
   5. Website improvement and bug fixing
