[DISCUSS][RIP-11]RocketMQ Architecture Evolution

Dear Apache RocketMQ Community:

We would like to propose a RIP11 [1] about RocketMQ Architecture Evolution.
In order to better serve cloud computing in the next decade, IMO, we should
make more architectural adjustments to meet the needs of cloud computing
and the IOT, and I hope more community students can get involved.

It was so wonderful to see RIP-11.I also think it is very necessary to make some adjustments to the architecture of RocketMQ .I am very willing to join in.

RocketMQ Architecture Evolution is a very great and meaningful project.Fisrtly, taking the separation of storage computing and pluggable architecture will bring users great convenience for expansion and maintenance.Secondly, supporting OpenMessaging standard can make client API much more standardized.Lastly, supporting mqtt and http2
protocols can meet more different cases, such as IOT and web.I will feel very pleased if I have oppertunity to participate in this great project.
