Apache SOAP and TRL SOAP

Hi,
can anybody explain me the relationship between Apache SOAP Toolkit V2.0 and
the TRL SOAP found at
<http://www.trl.ibm.co.jp/projects/xml/soap/trlsoap/> 
Will Apache continue the work on Apache SOAP ? Is TRL SOAP an extension to
Apache SOAP or a completely different development.
