GUI/CSS work being done?

I'm trying to find a place to scratch my own itch, and one place is UX
design.  There are a bunch of bits I'd like to tweak, and ponymail in
particular is the kind of tool that would really benefit from having
themes available for users or for server admins.

- Is there any current work going on here that's not on the list?

- Is there any docs for site architecture / libraries to use / overall
CSS box layout design?

- Shane
