Vector of Vectors serialization

Did any one try to pass vector of vectors in SOAP request?  Vector of
vectors means each index of vector array points to another vector array. 

I can serialize one dimensional arrays using ArraySerializer and javabeans
using BeanSerializer.
I am getting SOAP fault message - "signature not found", when I try to
serialize vector of vectors.

FYI- I am running Apache SOAP with Tomcat and PWS.

Any thoughts/suggestions are welcome.
