[jira] [Created] (IGNITE-23865) Sql. Rework testErrorOnCursorInitialization and testErrorOnContextInitialization tests

Pavel Pereslegin created IGNITE-23865:
-----------------------------------------

Summary: Sql. Rework testErrorOnCursorInitialization and testErrorOnContextInitialization tests
                 Key: IGNITE-23865
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-23865
             Project: Ignite
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: sql
            Reporter: Pavel Pereslegin

The main problem is that testErrorOnCursorInitialization and testErrorOnContextInitialization do no meaningful checks and do not wait for the query to actually complete.

The test scenario (in {{testErrorOnCursorInitialization}}) is that we execute the plan and expect that we will get local fragments from the nodes, which should then be closed.

However, in the test there is currently no guarantee that we are trying to receive local fragments at the right time (in failed case, the test may be completed before the local fragment is added to the node).
