JSP works on Standalone, but not when Implemented with IIS

Hello Tomcat Users:

I have exhausted my resources and need help. I developed a web app that
basically just pulls info from an MySql Database.  It works fine on my
machine.  I had to set it up to be accessed publically so I configured a
server running Windows2000 server with IIS to run with Tomcat.  I assume
that the configuration is correct because the java server pages work for
example

http://support.xtelesis.com/examples/jsp/dates/date.jsp

So I am confused as where the problem lies.  For some reason my webapp isn't
pulling the info from mysql. Here is all the info. BTW - I am a NEWBIE :)
