   [Improve] Remove Scala version in module name.
   
   After email list discussions[1] within the community, starting from version StreamPark 2.2, support for Scala 2.11 will no longer be available. This PR simplifies module names and removes the Scala version from all modules . The default Scala version is now Scala 2.12.
