Scope config parameter for WebdavServlet

Hi all,

I'd like to add a feature to the WebdavServlet: the option to configure it so 
that it only exposes a part of the entire Slide namespace via WebDAV. For 
example, assuming the standard namespace layout /users, /actions and /files, I 
could choose to only expose the resources in the /files scope. Sort of using the 
scope parameter as offset into the Slide namespace.

The init-parameter name would be 'scope' or 'scope-offset' or something like 
that.

Any objections ?
