[AXIS2] Deprecate or Remove restPath?

Hi,

It seems having a separate path for REST does not make sence  anymore as we
have one single servlet.  We can handle both REST and SOAP at the same
endpoint address so why have a dirrent  Path?

Shall we deprecate or remove restPath?

I think we can get rid of it. Comments...

no need to deprecate just remove, and we need to make sure to fix the
xdocs as well.
