cheap flights

slightly off topic, this relates to the recent dicussion about
cheap flights (for a developers meeting). I mentioned that for
UK users, the best source of US flights was TV's teletext.

Here's a URL for Teletext's Florida flight "bargains"..

it contains a series of screen snapshots. For those of you who've never
seen a TV teletext system this could be a good way to learn what it's
about.  (you have to hunt the baragins amongst the crap)

The UK school summer holidays start next week for ~6 weeks so prices are
at their highest this time of year.

I think there are about $1.62 per £ these days.
