[PR] ci(github): dependency check [myfaces-tobago]
henningn opened a new pull request, #7605:

Separate job for updating dependency check DB, so a manual update is possible. Put this extra for the tobago-2.x branch, because the action/cache from Github prefers caches from the same git branch.
