This patch modifies the vcproj files for the SDO runtime and test projects to provide two additional build configurations that use stdcxx.
There is currently no documentation to explain the settings required or how to use these projects, see JIRA-683.

When I contributed the previous patch, I didn't realise that the .sln and .suo files were also required. This patch supplies those as well as the .vcproj files so it is a standalone patch that replaces the previous one.
