committers/subscribe.cgi field order?

Question: Would it make more sense to have the Unsubscribe feature put
the listname dropdown first, then the email address dropdown?

I was about to report a bug, since I can't actually select other email
addresses in the first field. Then I realized the Unsubscribe form
works backwards: select a list; it auto-selects the email address
subscribed to that list.

Would the user experience be better with the dropdowns reversed (and
with a little help text explaining the operation)?

It's a really convenient form - coming back to Whimsy after a little
while reminds me how helpful these little automation bits are!

Or keep the order of drop-down, but force the email to be selected
first, and only show the relevant lists for each e-mail.

Seems to me that there are use cases for both scenarios:

+ unsubscribe or or more emails from a particular list (i.e. stop
following a list)
+ unsubscribe an e-mail from one or more lists (i.e. stop using an email)
