I vote beta, since the build fixes important bug in Jasper.
It may have a bug in the CL code, but it is not reproduceable at this point.

I recently saw a problem with a war in the webapps directory not being unarchived
and instantiated as a context on tomcat startup.  This is reproducible but I have
only seen it on a production system.  Haven't had time to track it down yet.
