   ### Expected behavior
   
   show actual Max values in HTML Report
   
   ### Actual behavior
   
   I am using JMeter to perform load testing on my application and I have encountered an issue with the HTML report generation. The max value calculation for the response time is incorrect in the report.
   
   ### Steps to reproduce the problem
   
   Tried more Steps
   
   ### JMeter Version
   
   5.5
   
   ### Java Version
   
   17
   
   ### OS Version
   
   Windows 11
