Use directExecutor() in SharedTsBlockQueue listener could lead to deadlock.
Thread A holds lock of SharedTsBlockQueueA and tries to invoke the listener of SharedTsBlockQueueB(when freeing memory to complete MemoryReservationFuture) while Thread B holds lock of SharedTsBlockQueueB and tries to invoke the listener of SharedTsBlockQueueA.
