[jira] [Comment Edited] (FLEX-33943) TextInput in iOS 7, if used with Siri/Dictation misbehaves and the app is stuck.

---------------------------------------------------------

I lowered the priority.

Thanks for your feedback. Anyway, it doesn't occur any runtime error. It's the reason why I considered it as critical, the refresh of the screen is not updated but the app is still running as usual but you can only view the last frame before starting to use siri/dictation. The user can click on that stuck screen and if under his finger there is a button or something similar the app is still responding, events are fired etc., but the frame/screen is not updated. If an app crashes, it's ok, I'm happy the user can't do anything anymore, but if the app LOOKS LIKE stuck but it still responds is like to have a blind user in a touch device with no Braille....

> - Focus the textfield (which has a prompt text):
> - When the keyboard will appear, click on SIRI/Dictation button and speech some text;
> - the prompt is not deleted;
> - the app seems to run, but the screen is no more updated.
