Word to Xml tool

Hi All
Is there any tool (free downloadable) which convert word document (i.e.
.doc) file to XML file.
I am having a tool which will convert text format data i.e. .text to XML
file.
I searched in google.com.I found one tool from Logictran.com, but it is
converting the rtf file to html not to xml.
