FlashBuilder Welcome screen updated for Apache Flex release

For FlashBuilder 4.6 and 4.7, the Flex SDK & Flash Builder News section on the Welcome screen has been updated to announce the release of  Apache Flex 4.8.0 Incubating.  It points to Alex's blog [1].
