Tomcat security

hi,
 
    Im building an email application using jsp. The problem im facing is that if an email sent to the user has a jsp file as attachment, Tomcat is interpreting it when the user clicks on the attachment. This is a big security risk as anyone can see. The question is, Is there any way to block tomcat from interpreting the jsp files in a particular directory.
