Hi Matt,

The release has been approved[1], but the official announcement won't be
sent out until the bits are available from the Apache mirrors. This
usually takes just a couple of days.

I agree it's strange. I think by now most of the mirror sites must've
picked up the release, but the cgi page isn't working.
The html does work (but isn't linked from that top page):
http://db.apache.org/derby/releases/release-10.5.1.1.html

Thx for alerting us to this issue...

No problem :)   A little strange that the web site shows the release, 
and there's an "internal server error" when you follow the link. ;)
