Version has to show the Version where the problem has been observed the first
time!
To be honest, I don't understand what exactly might the problem be here, and
how this bug is related to "Bug 43985 - Graphics inside header has wrong
scale", and what exactly can be expected. Background pictures often are shown
with adapted scale, so I think we additionally have to clarify what can be
expected.
@Reporter, Edwin, all:
Can you please contribute a sample document and a clear, comprehensible
descriptions what you expect (and why) and what different behavior you observe?
