   Hi, I'd like to investigate and contribute to this issue. I noticed the potential limitation around `int32_t` offsets in `RowEncoder`. I'd like to reproduce the crash and investigate a fix with appropriate regression tests. Is anyone already working on this, and would you be open to me taking it on?
