[PATCH] Updated project files for the Apache 1.3.9 port to NetWare 5

The attached ZIP file contains the updated project files and other
source files related to the NetWare port.

The following project files were combined into one:

    APACHE
    APACHECORE
    APACHEOS
    AP
    REGEX
    All the DSO MODULES

The following were left separate:

    HTPASSWD
    HTDIGEST
    GENURIDS
    GENTCHAR

The readme to state that CodeWarrior 5 was used instead of CodeWarrior 4.

The size of ApacheNW.mcp and other CodeWarrior project files are large
especially ApacheNW.mcp.  That is the nature of CodeWarrior and there
doesn't seem any way possible to reduce the project file size other than
compressing it (actually talked with Metrowerks concerning this issue).

The majority of the NetWare specific files are located in the \src\os\NetWare
directory.
