It would be good to understand this issue a bit, [~jeffreyz] - would this affect 0.94 too? How broken was this before? In pre-0.98.6, does this mean that any query that's executing on the region server (i.e. your partial index rebuild, for example), would not return any local data? When did this bug surface - was it broken in 0.98.1 as well?
