Re: First build of 0.2 available - please read

If there is no further feedback, I'd like to go ahead and do the final 
build for 0.2.
The only changes that have been made are to the docs and Kim has added a 
script to ease setup of glassfish.
I'll put this build out by the end of the day, so please get any other 
feedback in soon.
