getting the trafficserver subdomain?

Hi all-
Any ideas what it takes for us to get the trafficserver.apache.org subdomain?  Cassandra appears to still be in incubation (at least no graduation announcement any where I can find), but now has http://cassandra.apache.org/ (and incubator.apache.org/cassandra redirects there).
