When does ApacheCon start?

The webpage says 5-8 November 2012… But there is only a schedule (program) for 6-8 November. Is the program missing a day? Or is the conference only 6-8?

There are loose plans to run community-related activities on the Monday, which is princinpally a set=up day as far as I know.
