Ah I guess the code for the runner lives elsewhere. It looks like the IBM documentation still references the capability matrix (albeit with a big deprecation heading): https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/StreamingAnalytics?topic=StreamingAnalytics-gs_beamrunner

Should we double-check with some IBM folks that they're ok with removing it?
